Full Adult Registration Fee: $395

  • Early Adult Registration - $345 (December 16, 2019 – February 16, 2020)
  • Advance Adult Registration - $375 (February 17 - July 16, 2020)
  • On-Site Adult Registration - $395 (July 22 - July 25, 2020)

 

Teen – Cast T/Camp UWP (ages 12-17) - $245 - Includes optional Cast T participation & T-shirt

Kids – Cast K/UWP Jr. (ages 7-11) - $195 - Includes optional Cast K participation & T-shirt

Children (ages 0-6): No charge with registered Adult

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

All Registrations include all scheduled activities during the reunion dates (July 23 - 26, 2020) except the Founders Legacy Luncheon which is available as an additional purchase. Cast T/Camp UWP & Cast K/UWP Jr  Registrations also include the same activities as the Adult Registration, with the addition of a t-shirt.

The Up with People International Alumni Association will be hosting the 55th anniversary reunion of Up with People, Live It Live @ 55, in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona at the Talking Stick Casino & Resort Hotel from July 23 - 26, 2020. We are celebrating those alumni who traveled from 1965-1970 as well as all those who traveled in a year ending in a 0 or a 5. However, it's the 55th anniversary of Up with People's founding and alumni are welcome and encouraged to attend regardless of year traveled.

UWPIAA has secured a group room rate of $129.00 per night plus applicable taxes based on double occupancy. There is an additional $25.00 charge for each additional person staying in the room with a maximum of 4 people in any room.

Rooms and rates are based on availability.  Why don't you take a week off and relax in the sunshine?

The cut-off date for reserving rooms is 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on Friday, June 22, 2020.  After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion whether or not to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.  We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as you register for the reunion.

Please note that the hotel has a three day (72hrs) individual cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel your reservation, you will need to do so at least three days prior to your arrival to avoid penalty.  If you cancel inside of three days, the hotel will charge you one room night plus applicable taxes.

Meeting Rooms/Suite Upgrades

The alumni association does not have use of the entire property during the reunion, Live It Live @ 55. If you would like to reserve a room for a cast activity, please check with the reunion organizers for pricing and to make arrangements.

There are 8 beautifully appointed suites available for alumni to upgrade to enhance their reunion experience. Suites are on a first come first serve basis and you may purchase on the registraion site. Suite upgrades are $1,000 for a 4-night stay, in addition to the reunion room rate.
